Michael is a self-motivated Human Resources Development Professional with over fifteen years of international experience in the consulting, facilitation, coaching field and in not-for-profit environments.

With a huge backpack of experiences and skills to provide expertise and consulting on a wide range of workforce development topics, including international collaboration, team development and team building, change management, transformation and leadership development.
